We have two types of memberships.
The first is for members that wish to keep up to date with news from Osteo Plus. This is a free membership that subscribes you to our Newsletter. This will keep you up to date with changes to our practitoner lists, our diarys and give details of upcoming events like our hours for Easter or Christmas for example. From time to time there will be "members only" offers for special rates used to introduce new products or services. There will never be a subscription fee for this type of membership. This is our "Newsletter' membership.
We also offer a premium member subscription. This membership is by invitation and nomination only. This membership rewards our loyal and faithful patients of our 10 year history. This membership is designed to protect our earliest members from the inevitable increases in practice fees. It is your loyalty that has made us popular and busy (and more expensive) and we do not wish you to be penalised for spreading the good word. This is our "First 500" membership. The current renewal rate is $35 a year. This is an once a year payment that provides a 20% discount on the full rate charged by Hedley Chinn, currently full rate is $125.
"First 500" membership is offered to patients (and their immediate family) seeing Hedley Chinn prior to Jan 2009. Membership must be concurrent. Lapsing membership can not be renewed. Subscriptions must be renewed before March 1st each year. ( It is expected that the membership fee of $35 will increase slowly with the passing of the years)
"First 500" members will be the first to have access to our online booking system (Feb 2012) and our SMS reminder system (Jan 2012). Invitations are under way.
"First 500" members will be able to "login" above to manage their subscriptions.
